Assets & design
Most valuable information is locked inside dense guidebooks, scattered documentation, or systems nobody fully understands. I take that raw material, figure out what frontline teams actually need to do their jobs, and convert it into something scannable and usable: a slide deck, a job aid, a field guide, a performance roadmap. The result replaces confusion with a tool people actually reach for.
Programs & systems
Information bottlenecks and version chaos happen when an organization doesn't have a centralized digital core. I audit the current workspace and learning platforms, map out who needs access to what, and architect a complete system (from LMS structure to shared drive hierarchy) built around clean permissions and logical flow. The result is one source of truth instead of five conflicting versions.
Live facilitation
I don't do sit-and-get training. Sessions are built around real examples and the actual pain points a team is hitting, not a full walkthrough of every feature or function nobody will use. The goal is independence, not memorization. By the time a session ends, the team isn't just familiar with a new system, they know how to troubleshoot it themselves. Whatever the rollout, whether it's a new tool, an onboarding path, or a process nobody's used before, training is applicable and actionable from day one, focused on the few things that actually matter rather than everything that's technically possible.
