The person behind the work

Corrine Maddoux, L&D Strategist, professional headshot

I'm Corrine, a Learning & Development Specialist and Instructional Systems Designer with over seven years of experience turning complex operational knowledge into systems people can actually use.

My background spans both sides of this work: I've led a department of nine specialists, automated workflows that cut meeting overhead in half, and built a compliance training program from the ground up that took completion rates from zero to sixty percent in a single year. I currently partner with executive leadership at Lone Oak Integrations to translate dense guidebooks into client-ready assets for healthcare and corporate acquisitions, work that demands precision, discretion, and an instinct for what actually matters to the person receiving it.

Whether the deliverable is an executive briefing deck, a full LMS rebuild, or a live training rollout, the job is always the same: take something dense, technical, or overwhelming, and turn it into something a person can pick up and use immediately.

How I Work

01 | Built for the job, not the binder

Materials are designed around real on-the-job scenarios, not abstract theory, so people build actual skill, not just memorized steps.

02 | Answers, right when you need them

Quick-reference tools and performance roadmaps put the right information in someone's hands at the exact moment they need it.

03 | Systems that make sense

Workspaces and LMS platforms are designed from the ground up so navigation, permissions, and structure are obvious and not a guessing game.

04 | Build to last past launch day

Every project includes post-launch check-ins, because the real test of any system is how it holds up once people are actually using it.
